Lately I’ve been talking a lot about adaptogens and high-functioning foods, also known as “Superfoods” or “Powerfoods.” These foods are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes that can literally HEAL your body. I started taking bee pollen because I was dying from my newfound allergies in the Spring, Summer, and Fall in Los Angeles. I basically couldn’t breathe for most of the year last year. Taking bee pollen twice a day, everyday, has made a drastic difference. (However, that said, I’m still struggling a bit so if anyone has any allergy advice, I am open to it.)
I have continued to take bee pollen for it’s INCREDIBLE benefits. It’s so great for energy and has super high levels of vitamin B that works to help combat wrinkles and that pesky acne. Not only is it dense with vitamins and minerals, but it has TWENTY-TWO amino acids, supports fertility and stamina, and promotes muscle growth.

I prefer to take bee pollen by the spoonful and just swallow it whole with water. You can top your bowls or smoothies, or you can find bee pollen in pill form.
