UPDATED 8/28/2017
Over the last few weeks I’ve pictured this dark green water I’ve been drinking on my story, but I haven’t gone in to much detail until now. I like to give everything a good run before I scream it from the mountain tops. Safe to say I’m ready to start the shouting. The benefits of adding this combo to your drinking routine are EXTREME.
I started adding MSM to my daily around thanksgiving of last year. I was standing by the dinner table desperately trying to get my shoulder to pop while using the doorway to pull my arm back and stretch my chest when my mom suggested I try MSM. I put a teaspoon in a little bit of water and drank up. Followed by another tsp at night, and again the next day- 2x/day for a few days and I started to seriously notice a difference. Fast forward to a few months later, my dear friend Jen showed up drinking it in her water all day and mixing it with chlorophyll. Upon doing my own research I found drinking this same combo through out the day is… well.. brilliant. Here’s why:
Let’s start with MSM, or methyl sulfonyl methane, an organic sulfur compound found in unprocessed and raw foods but is often lost during meal prep. It improves skin, hair, nails, and flexibility. It aids in detoxification, helps with inflammation and accelerates healing. Oh and not to mention it totally helps boost your energy.

Chlorophyll also has so many freaking awesome health benefits. Not only does it help cleanse your blood, but it is so rich in the vitamins and minerals we often desperately need. It also helps us absorb the nutrients we get from the food we eat. It allows you build more red blood cells and aids in getting that good oxygen to your brain and vital organs.
Again, read more from the professionals.
Health Benefits of Chlorophyll
I add about 2 tsp of MSM and a dropper full of Chlorophyll-Oxygen to my water bottle every morning. You should be able to find them at your local Whole Foods or health food store. Or find them here:
