My sister took us to this amazing vegan spot in Coasta Mesa a couple months ago and we had these AMAZING fried avocado tacos. I suppose those are all the rage right now. Fried avocado is suddenly popping up everywhere. I found myself craving these tacos one day and had to make them. I’ve now made this recipe 3 times and it is ALWAYS a hit. Pro tip: Don’t forget the pickled radishes. The acidity totally cuts the heaviness of the avocado and makes each bite pure perfection.
